• Provide senior advisory to transport and logistics companies in Spain dedicated to frozen and temperature control goods. • Achieving a 10% cost reduction through supplier negotiations and customer pricing, 5% sales revenue growth by introducing new clients, while improving quality and safety KPIs. • M&A Projects in Spain, executing an exhaustive study of the transport sector on frozen, temperature-controlled, and regular transport and logistics for the acquisition of potential SMEs targets. • Establishing the first Spanish subsdidiary for L.I.T Spedition GmbH. Coordinating all legal, accounting and finance setup, and recruiting and training the team required for start-up. • Training: specialized coaching, commercial training, and other training tailored to specific needs.
My main objective as the Head of Logistic & Operations will be to lead the logistics strategy of CrowdFarming in the short, medium and long term, through 4 lines of action with: 1) CrowdLog: Warehouse operation in Valencia, 2) Supply Chain / Procurement 3) Demand Planning / Back Office 4) Packaging (I+D) / Supplier management Key responsibilities: • Coordinate all the Operations teams (Team +60 ) • Guarantee the optimization of resources, to maximize profitability and Implement policies and processes that reflect the overall strategy considering the quality of the service provided and sustainability. • Collaborate with the digital product team, to implement improvements that result in the benefit of FARMERS and CONSUMER
