I am an Education Coach with experience supporting educators through instructional coaching, professional development, and continuous quality improvement. I work across multiple Head Start centers, partnering with teachers and leadership teams to analyze classroom data, improve instructional practices, and support positive outcomes for children and families. I enjoy solving complex problems, analyzing information, and creating systems that help people work more effectively. I have experience developing presentations, reviewing documentation, interpreting policies, and coaching professionals using evidence-based practices. I recently earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Michigan with a Minor in Psychology. I am expanding my skills in AI-assisted productivity and am interested in remote opportunities involving AI evaluation, quality assurance, training, and analytical work. I am data-driven and a great critical thinker.
