At Zetes, a European leader in traceability and supply chain digitalisation technologies, I'm in charge of marketing initiatives for GoodsID solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg. 🎯My mission: to increase Zetes' visibility, generate commercial opportunities and create links. I manage a mix of strategic and operational actions (targeted campaigns, immersive events, value-added content, digital actions,...) to create lasting connections with our audience. 💡Key responsibilities: 1. Strategy & planning: - Development and execution of the annual marketing plan in line with growth, image and conversion objectives - Definition and monitoring of KPIs (performance, completeness, accuracy) - Analysis of results and budget management of local actions 2. Content & digital marketing: - Creation of content tailored to our target audiences (articles, case studies, white papers, etc.) - Supervision of visibility on local digital channels (website, LinkedIn, social networks) - Participation in the writing of customer references 3. Events & field campaigns: - Design and management of event calendars (seminars, trade fairs, lunch & learns, webinars, etc.) - Organisation of emblematic projects: 40 years of Zetes; national internal Kick-Offs, etc. 4. Media relations & partnerships : - Identification of strategic local media, press relations, partnerships and co-branding - Collaboration with technology partners for joint visibility actions 5. Steering & coordination : - Performance monitoring via a local dashboard in Salesforce (campaign tracking, ROI) - Coordination of external service providers (agencies, printers, videographers, etc.) with precise objectives. I work closely with the Sales and Corporate Marketing teams. I also take part in international marketing meetings and organise events abroad with our customers.
