HR Generalist / Head of HR with experience since 2008, managing the full employee lifecycle in IT and digital environments. I have built my career in both multinationals such as Nestlé, Michael Page Group, and Avanade, and companies that started as startups, which has allowed me to lead and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives in dynamic, high-growth environments. - Main HR contact for our key client, Lufthansa, managing all aspects of recruitment and selection, coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing interviews, and ensuring efficient processes. Currently, over 80 people work for this client, and I am responsible for the ongoing monitoring of employees across projects and their performance. - Design and execution of talent acquisition, hiring, and retention strategies. - Management of the company’s growth and scaling, ensuring the HR function supports business objectives. - Development and implementation of compensation strategies and salary planning aligned with company goals. - Monitoring and evaluation of career paths, performance, and talent development. - Leadership of teams, training plans, and skills development programs. - Management of internal communication to strengthen organizational culture. - Creation and improvement of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, including LGBTQ+ and gender equality protocols, and active participation in the Equality and LGBTQ+ Committees. - Participation in the Occupational Health & Safety Committee and coordination of meetings with the Works Council. - Oversight of HR administrative processes such as contract management, onboarding and offboarding, absence tracking, and employee support, working closely with an external HR services provider to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role allows me to combine a strategic HR approach with hands-on people management, helping to build a committed, inclusive, and high-performing team, while promoting a culture of equality, diversity, and employee well-being.
- Responsible for recruiting processes in Barcelona - Responsible for national outsourcing processes (Barcelona, Madrid and Málaga). * Management of external suppliers for outsourcing IT profiles. * Negotiation of rates, etc. - Control and management of the invoicing of external contractors (+ 100 people). - Control and management of the training of Barcelona employees. - Administrative management (social security registrations/cancellations, control of absences, employee counselling, etc.) - Management and control of social benefits (review of invoices at national level).
Recruiter and Sales Consultant: I managed the complete selection process, from the publication of the job offer to the interview of the candidate with the final company. I also carried out sales activities to attract new clients (calls and arranged visits).
Recruiter: Carrying out complete selection processes. Management of the candidate database, personal interviews, administration and correction of psycho-technical tests. Carrying out the welcome plan and delivery of the Welcome Pack and monitoring of candidates after they join the company.
