I am currently Chief of Staff at Synthesia, where I also lead the People and Operations functions. I’ve been part of the company’s growth journey since Series C, as a member of the Executive Team, partnering closely with our cofounders to scale the organization, strengthen execution, and support long-term strategic priorities. Alongside my executive role, I’m a Board Member (Non-Executive Director) at TA Associates-backed EsPublico, supporting the company at board level on strategic and operational topics. I was a private equity investor in the past and continue to invest in growth tech companies privately.
