• Project manager and Implementation consultant of the Eyefreight Transportation Management System (TMS) driving projects in Europe and Asia • Responsible for the project management, defining the scope and ensuring meeting deadlines and budget. • Responsible for leading the implementation of Eyefreight in our customers. • Coordinate the different departments involved in the project. • Coordinate and lead a series of workshops to define as-is and to-be logistics scenarios • Capture the customer’s organizational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through use of the Eyefreight TMS. • Client’s primary point of contact during the implementation.
• Business Analyst for Eyefreight TMS implementation projects. • Responsible for gathering business requirements from customers, analysing and translating them into functional specifications. • Designing and executing test plans to ensure that functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. • Assisting client in developing content and identifying key points for their business. • Understand supply chain related system functionality.
• Business Analyst at HP Enterprise Services. • Project and business management support at the Iberia Business Operations Department. • Projects P&L monitoring, including cost analysis, forecast support, deviations cause and tendencies, ensuring meeting objectives.
