BD Diagnostic Solutions is officially a part of Waters Corporation. During this acquisition I'll focus on embedding existing communication activities into the wider Waters organisation.

Got the opportunity to work at the GAULTmilau Michelin Dinner Ceremony of 2023 together with the team of Colette & 't Zilte. ● sept23 - now | Dojo 2.0 - 14/20 - first 6mths responsible for finetuning the dishes / now responsible for the front of the house, sake sommelier and providing a fluent flow. Got the chance to participate in the GaultMilau ceremony (nov24) and experience the F&B Hospitality world from inside out.
● Go-to-Market Specialist - Developed a general understanding of the needs and products within the market of Integrated Diagnostic Solutions in BD and how to engage with them in a 360°/omnichannel way (digital/offline/... ). Including the EMEA & local strategy to launch. ● Multi channel minded - Optimise the impact of marketing campaigns through omnichannel strategies including both offline and online interactions to facilitate lead management. ● Core marketing - day-to-day support to the team with their day-to-day requests (cfr. CRM, content management ..), support of events and roll-out of the digital campaigns on a local level. As well as supporting the Benelux organisation with creative ideas to implement in several events to trigger interaction through communication. ● Event & Project Management - co-organizing different core events such as User Days, 125 years celebration events, EMEA Team meetings (600+ ppl), local initiatives and support events to highlight our key values as organization... . ● Brand Ambassador accross BD Benelux in all its ways internally and externally while being aware of the opportunities to put an extra spotlight on our brand and the different marketing initiatives to take part in. ● Incorporating efficiency through data and strategic workflow optimalization (technologies, dashboards & operations) Programs: SalesForce.com / ShowPad / QlikSense / PowerBI / Adobe 360 / CoPilot / InDesign /
● Gained a deeper knowledge on PR (press releases, communication tools, gaining media value within the Belgian media landscape ...). ● Supported the creation of different PR strategies, brainstorms and creative concept thinking for client campaigns. ● Elevated the online presence on the social media accounts and developed a structure to assist in the coherent branding. ● Expanded my network on both the client, media and influencer side, while also attracting new clients.
