Carrying out IPC and QC determinations. Physicochemical Analysis of Raw Material, Intermediate and Final Product, using HPLC, UHPLC, KF, UV-Vis, IR, among others. Following Guidelines, cGMPs Procedures and European Pharmacopoeia. Management of traceability systems, analysis, management and reporting. Collaboration in investigation of deviations and out of specifications. Preparation of laboratory reports and documentation for the release of raw materials, intermediate and final product batches.
Develop and perform GMP documentation and procedures- Design-Writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Final responsible of the Production Batches release. Development and perform tests related to microbiologic, physical and chemical assays/analytical methods; collect, interpret, analyze and report data related to test results including investigation of out-of-specification and/or non- conforming test results. Evaluation of suppliers/contract testing lab according specifications. Perform certificated analysis of finished products. Improvement and maintain the DS and DP QC lab (standards, components, laboratory material, samples.) and promote an adequate work environment. Responsibility for the operation and calibration of the control devices and Area´s services & utilities. Perform technical reviews and final calculations generated on different process.
