My interests are education, change management, and mental health and community outreach. At the intersection of all three is a capable workforce with access to systems that complement their expertise, who feel confident to deliver safe and quality services. I work across workforce capability development, learning design, quality and change management, bringing a Prosci Change Management Certification and a Bachelor of Education to the work. I start by identifying what people actually need and focus on making sure improvements land in practice rather than just on paper. Currently contributing to a digital transformation at the City of Fremantle.
Supporting a customer experience digital transformation through change communications, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management. I develop organisation-wide communications for key initiatives, build relationships across teams to support alignment, and leading the rollout of the TechnologyOne Digital Experience Platform. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure people have the information and confidence they need to adopt new customer experience systems.
I supported young people aged 15–25 through one-on-one career counselling and employment coaching, helping them navigate barriers to work and study. Alongside direct service delivery, I managed stakeholder relationships with Perth metro headspace centres to strengthen service integration and collaboration. I also contributed to internal improvement initiatives as a subject matter expert, supported the development of training resources, and assisted with the rollout of new processes and systems across the organisation.
Delivered classroom instruction in Science and English to groups of 30+ students across two schools, designing engaging and accessible learning experiences for diverse student needs. Developed structured resources and reference materials to support consistent knowledge sharing, and adapted content and facilitation style to meet students where they were.
