• Serve as Contract Manager under FIDIC for the Norman Manley International Airport Runway Extension Project in Kingston, Jamaica, as part of the Engineering Supervision and Technical Inspection team. • Manage projects during pre-construction phase, including cost estimation, RFP preparation, contract drafting, and coordination of feasibility studies. • Act as primary point of contact to clients, overseeing contract administration, variation orders, addenda, insurance, and bonds, while safeguarding contractual compliance and client satisfaction.
