- Data gathering for analysis including real estate costs, project, indirect and direct costs. Report results back to local and global management teams. - Assist technology department in creating Test Reports and Graphs along with RTA and Data Technician duties to aid purchasing e.g. extending parts - Update real estate allocations and headcount - Maintain current floor plans, fire evacuation checklist and emergency floor plans - Maintain multiple organization charts and hiring plans for Europe team - Submit overtime requests, track overtime usage and report overtime used - Organise regional training including arranging and allocating meeting rooms, sending calendar invites, liaising with training provider and creation of sign in sheets - Timesheet Management – ensure timesheets are submitted before deadline and enter individuals timesheets on their behalf - Book travel through third party companies and act as Journey Management contact - Holiday administration – maintain holiday spreadsheet for multiple teams, update regularly and cross reference with individuals timesheets - Training Planner –update training calendar by puling reports showing completed courses and send reminders about overdue training courses - KPI Tracking (Business Mileage etc.) - Carry out tiered inspections and report potential hazards to site HSE/facilities management team - Creation of purchase requisitions for materials, consumables and services - Provide facility inductions for visitors and new staff on site and be first point of contact for CBRE & Halliburton. Creation of induction folders, organize IT equipment and desk allocation for new starts. - Focal point for reporting facilities management issues to the facilities management helpdesk and oversee jobs through to completion

I have been responsible for working on a variety of projects such as extensions, residential, commercial and industrial developments. These have varied from small scale extensions to multi-million pound developments. With direction from the senior architect, I have taken jobs from appraisal to completion. Other main duties include maintaining issue of drawing register, emails and other correspondence along with general administrative day to day duties including dealing with client queries by telephone, email and in person I work closely with a structural engineer and regularly producing structural drawings from engineers sketches has given me an essential knowledge of engineering. I have also created the user manual, standard details and developed a layering system for the office. Associate member of CIAT.
