Responsible for the development and execution of monthly and quarterly 360º Marketing plans to maximize sell out of LG mobiles at Vodafone and its distribution channels. Working on a daily basis alongside the Key Account Manager for Vodafone in order to define a combined strategy for the account. Main interface of LG with Vodafone marketing department, both personal and B2B, wholesalers and retail (national and regional). Maximize in-store presence (increasing LG visibility, display of marketing materials, promotions for consumers) Co-marketing campaigns with Vodafone (TV, online) Manage the local Marketing budget. Manage the Field Marketing team (8 members) : briefing of marketing activities, weekly follow up meetings to ensure that goals are met.
Management of the Consumer Inkjet Business for the region -Business Development Successfully launch of the Consumer Inkjet Business in EAMER. (In Spain, I was in charge of the negotiations and launching the Inkjet Business exclusively at El Corte Inglés) Contribute to deliver both the financial (revenue, margin) and market (unit shipments, market share) commitments. Work with clusters Business Development Managers and Product Managers to identify opportunities for business success within the product portfolio and associated attack plans. Work closely with the Clusters to implement competitive activity and develop sales activity plans. -Product Management. Set regional pricing and roadmap in line with strategic company goals. Effectively manage existing product portfolio. Manage the introduction of new products into the region. Provide detailed sell out reporting & analysis for marketing and sales activities to the management teams Collaborate to define regional business opportunity. -Forecasting Run monthly calls with Cluster Directors to generate financial commitments. Prepare and participate in the Monthly Operating Review Calls with WW. Monitor daily sales and work with Clusters to drive sales and ensure monthly sales targets are met. Drive the Risk and Opportunities process to close any shortfall / risks against forecasts and identify upside opportunity. Develop detailed forecasts for ASR and regional goals processes. Work closely with EMEA Planning team to ensure supply meets demand.
Responsible for the whole range of products of capture and devices (Cameras, Frames, Video Cameras, Batteries and Accessories), $20 Million Turnover. Reporting directly to the Management European Team. - Profit &Loss (P&L) account owner down to Gross Profit level. - Responsible of the product planning and execution in the Key Retailers and E-tailers throughout the product lifecycle, defining the product launch and vision and working closely with our Retailers and Distributors, Sales, Marketing, Logistic and the PR team. - Developing the core positioning and messaging for the products, developing sales tools, expert on competition. - Building External Third parties relationship to assess business and marketing opportunities.
