I recently completed a Master’s in Luxury Management at INSEEC and am seeking a CDI, CDD, or interim role. - Analysis of product repairability, development of technical diagnostics, and preparation of repair quotations. - End-to-end management of repair cases: handling returns, ensuring compliance, and monitoring the quality of interventions. - Close collaboration with Client and Supply teams to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Contribution to daily stock management, inventory processes, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

As part of my role, I worked closely with the Windows and Animations Manager, overseeing the development of window displays and in-store animations for airport stores across the Travel Retail network (France, Europe, America, and the Middle East). Key responsibilities included: Coordinating between artists, production teams, and store managers to ensure smooth execution of visual merchandising projects in international markets. Managing logistics and timelines to ensure the creative vision aligned with store goals. Developing and maintaining a detailed database of installation procedures for window displays, tailored to each airport location and in line with local guidelines.
