Markkinoinnin ja myynnin kehittäminen on lähellä sydäntäni. Näen, että datalähtöinen markkinoinnin ja myynnin kehittäminen on kannattavan liiketoiminnan perusta, mutta liputan rohkeuden puolesta niin ideoinnissa kuin käytäntöön viemisessäkin. Uskon vakaasti ihmisten välisiin kemioihin myyntityössä ja arvostan myös vastapuolessa ihmisläheisyyttä. I was responsible for the planning, development, execution and coordination of Stemma's national marketing, from budgeting to reporting to the board. My responsibilities also included internal communications and various marketing development projects, such as advancing Stemma's renewed brand. Additionally, I was closely involved in the development of the online store and customer experience in collaboration with the e-commerce manager.
