I led L&R’s early AI initiative, defining the AI ambition and strategy, rolling out our group-wide custom GPT for all office workers, and driving company-wide AI adoption.
One of my key responsibilities was managing the L&R Accelerator Program, which aims to promote innovative ideas and technologies to optimize our business processes and develop new digital solutions.
