We have a range of talent Pipeline programmes including Graduate Programme, Apprenticeships and Traineeships and I attract, recruit and on board our candidates to these programmes. To make sure we're always excelling as a business I understand our business strategy, what our future needs might be and what shape our entry programmes need to take to ensure we have the skills and capabilities we need for future success. Also understanding how to retain our candidates and talent pool employees is key and getting involved in Programme design is of great interest to me.
Working as an HR advisor for the resourcing team with a real focus on the first six months as a new employee including onboarding, company induction and managers induction. Also work on improving candidate engagement and experience, attraction and our well established Apprenticeship Scheme as well as other volume recruitment such as Graduate, Trainee and Customer Service.
Providing professional HR advice to managers across the full range of Resourcing including contract generation, redeployment, pre-employment screening, new starters processes, creating and maintaining SAP records, on boarding and induction in line with Thames Water policies and procedures.
As PA to two consultant psychiatrist's providing efficient admin support to the psychiatrist's and their associated wards. Attending CTM meetings and note taking, audio typing, updating patient records to ensure notes are up to date and accurate. Providing additional admin support to the social work team by liaising with the local authorities.
