About

I am a strategic and creative leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation, building brands, leading teams, and shaping narratives that connect AI, innovation, and human purpose. I became CEO in Mexico before the age of 30, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth and cultural change across international markets. As CMO at Xcalibur Smart Mapping, I lead the company’s global mkt, communication, and brand strategy across more than 50 countries. My mission is to integrate artificial intelligence into strategic decision-making, brand reputation, and purpose-driven communication — aligning technology with human and environmental progress.TopCMO I served as CEO and partner of the first AI-based technology for personalized video, a pioneering project that anticipated today’s era of intelligent, data-driven storytelling. My work has been recognized with several awards, including the Premio Cinco Días for Innovation, the Sol, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica for creativity and impact in digital communication. I was also selected for the Scale Up CEO Program, which highlights high-impact executives driving digital and organizational transformation in Europe. As a speaker and thought leader, I have participated in international forums such as Davos and the ICEX Geopolitics Forum, contributing to global conversations on AI governance, sustainability, and the future of leadership. I have also been invited as a speaker at Cannes Lions, exploring how technology and creativity converge to build trust and social impact. At Davos, with CNBC, I launched the “Building Trust” series, a dialogue platform exploring how artificial intelligence, ethics, and strategic communication can rebuild confidence in institutions, brands, and technology. In recognition of my work promoting high-impact projects, I was honored with the Keys to the City of Guayaquil, a symbol of trust and collaboration between public innovation and global business. Creating and launching more than ten brands, developing two holding patents related to innovation have taught me that progress requires curiosity, discipline, and purpose. I believe the leaders of the future will be those who can transform data into knowledge, knowledge into intelligence, and intelligence into meaningful impact — those who lead with both precision and empathy. And as someone who has always seen herself as a true MIBer, I couldn’t be prouder to have been chosen as Director of the MIB 2025 and continuing to shape the next generation of digital and strategic leaders.
