Applying accurate application of VAT according to country of invoice, and assisting with new process implementations across the Shared Service Centre.
- Ensuring all manuals are up to date by working closely with internal colleagues and printing publications in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Logging and receipting all software and ensuring it is distributed to the correct areas in the Service Centre. - Running reports on a weekly basis to show newly released updates and taking action to distribute them. - Participated in working with the Customer Services Department – involved in taking on a small customer base, processing estimate approvals and learning the process of billing review. Has also dealt with queries via email and telephone and continually used CRBD, PSAA & WIP reports in Excel. - Also participated in working with the Test Equipment Department by assisting with admin – learnt how to log and receipt delivery notes and calibration reports, and scan calibration certificates on a daily basis. Gained basic knowledge of the TEMS (Test Equipment Management System) program. - Familiar with swapping between three different roles and prioritising tasks in terms of urgency.
