Gasoline Hydrotreater Project: Chevron-Richmond, CA (2005-2007) Midcap project included new Substation and Electrical building, transformers, primary switches, feeders for 400 & 800hp VFD’s, filters, MCC’s, Switchgear, Control panels, panel boards, control stations, 4000’ of cable tray. Responsible for all engineering field work, project deliverables, liaison with field contractors, design estimating and material take-offs. Completed on-time and on-budget. Furnace Combustion System Upgrade, Intalco Aluminum Smelter Project included a complete as-build of the existing systems for (12) Furnaces, new control panels, alarming, lighting, grounding, junction box and the replacement of wire and conduit with High-temp wire. Master Electrical Plan, Tosco Ferndale Refinery, Ferndale, WA. (1992-1998) Project included Main Substation, Switchgear, transformers, primary switches, feeders, MCC’s, UPS system, oil switch replacement, transmission lines and poles.
