Providing strategic assessment and guidance to business leaders across Ireland, UK, Central Europe and the Middle East. With over 15 years experience as a business partner, supporting regional leaders primarily in the 'Go to Market' business, I partner with cross functional teams and COEs on key areas. This includes; talent management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits analysis, organisation initiatives, employee relations, coaching and development. Balancing the link between supporting the business strategy to drive results and taking care of our people, my role as HRBP is constantly evolving and shifting with emerging trends.
My key focus is partnering with stakeholders from our International sites in supporting the strategic people priorities, whilst working closely with our global COEs; Talent Acquisition , Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits etc. As the organisation transitions from start up to high growth mode in 2018, my focus lies in defining our people strategy and executing against it, whilst implementing initiatives that form part of the greater people plan. Being capable of providing sound commercial advice to managers and understanding employee drivers as well as involvement with day to day site activities and the data analytics side of HR. Providing tactical in addition to strategic HR support to the business. Proactively identifying people issues and proposal of solutions. Supporting the integration of our people solutions platform; promoting and educating self service. Minimising risk to the business by ensuring any potential exposures are raised and managed effectively through the appropriate channels. Creating a high performing culture with clear accountability. Understanding our employees development needs and implementing proposals. Developing the capability of our people managers in the areas of retention strategies, talent planning, succession and development planning with a focus on utilising our HR portals. Coaching management to achieve consistent high performance of their teams and working through underperformance. Working with our site leadership team to make Tenable a great place to work. Partnering with our various COEs and HRBPs focusing on specific business needs and ease of implementation.
HR Business Partner, to the EMEA Sales organisation. Supporting two regional Vice Presidents in Sales and partnering with their organisations. As part of the Sales Leadership team my main areas of focus include; staffing plans, retention strategies, attrition planning, employee relations, organisational restructuring and performance management. In addition, keeping aligned with other business functions who support the Sales business - Marketing, Finance, Channel etc, to ensure a smooth operating model. HR site manager for Dublin. Collaborating with all senior execs onsite ensuring Veritas Dublin is a great place to work. Actively involved in employee site survey and improvement in focus areas. In addition I mentor and support our HR Advisor team in all areas of employee and manager support from tier zero of self serve, to tier one employee support and tier two manager support. Coaching is an active part of my role within my team, the wider HR team and business leaders.
