Meet with Leadership to discuss monthly variances and update current forecast by department. Complete month end close entries and reconciliations for accounts receivable, prepaid expenses and deferred revenue.
Enter grower contracts into accounting system with corresponding rate schedules. Process weekly bill of ladings from canners for weekly billing. Pay growers according to payment schedule through EFT and check disbursements. Enter all charges and credits to grower accounts. Assist with Grower Portal User Issues. Post cash receipts. Resolve short payments on accounts. Integrate weekly billing and settlements for H&N Logistics, LLC into accounting software. Fix integration issues. Reconcile monthly bank statements. Download and process credit card transactions monthly for card holders.
Provide trucking services for vegetable raw products and machinery. Assist driver’s questions and concerns, load and payout information. Create Bill of Ladings and prepare other paperwork for outbound loads. Send daily updates for Customers expecting next day delivery. Travel to other locations where help is needed throughout harvesting season.
Manage product flow and maintain communication between plant supervisors and field crews. Receive trucks and ensure all loads are accurately weighed and recorded upon entering and leaving facility. Arrange and communicate with other production plants to ensure timely delivery of product. Supervise data entry into receiving program by different users. Assist with office and clerical work as required by management.
