Retention: Working on sales retention strategies and automated tools (churn prediction) to prevent churn and monitor it. CRM business analyst: Transversal pipeline management in Salesforce (BNL) and its harmonisation through the organisation + translating business requirements to CRM IT team (Odoo and Salesforce) and assessing business impacts. Lead factory: analyzing sectors potential for lead generation and revenue growth. Helping completion of field sales agendas.
The job combines several positions/tasks: - Account Management of a portfolio of customers located in Brussels (retention, relationship management, financial analysis); - Working on the ODOO CRM improvement (Business analyst translating business requirements to IT and follow up of the projects), project management, giving "how to use it?" trainings (and demo) to new comers and (potential) external partners; - Working on the implementation of Salesforce from a global point of view (360° view) and translating business needs for IT dptmt. - Delivering sales tool kit content from a sales efficiency perspective and organizing trainings for practice (selling the value)
