SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS • More than 15 years of certified nursing assistant experience. • Expert at daily living activities as well as documentation and resident evaluation. • Proficient in windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Typing 40WPM. • Ability to assist the R.N. with health education and counseling to the participant and family when indicated. • Experience with physically and/or mentally impaired older persons. • Experience in determining needs for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living such as toileting and eating. • Ability to work independently or with a team exhibiting a positive attitude, comfortable interacting with our resident population. • Able to deliver superb customer service, flexible with work schedules, effectively communicate with residents and fellow staff , maintain confidentiality and possess good organizational skills. •EKG, Bladder Scan, Finger stick, Vitals and ect
