• Develop and implement maintenance policy procedures for staff to follow to ensure efficient results. • Investigate the quality control on analysts for shifts, trends, stability, and report findings • Perform Differentials to identify abnormalities and confirm findings with pathologist to develop treatment plan • Execute and troubleshoot routine daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on instrumentation to ensure quality testing is done. Analyze, interpret data, and verify patient results • Monitor and verify Coagulation and Hematology results • Perform manual procedures for test such as FDP, PFA and Verify Now.
• Perform audits, generate reports, oversee testing databases to meet compliance for Robert Wood Johnson & New Jersey DOH • Assist with grant writing for state funding and additional services provided • Oversee staff & department testing, quality assurance, counseling, and patient referral services for HIV testing • Perform staff evaluations/ annual recertification for testing and counseling services • Provide assessment of clients' level of risk to determine appropriateness treatment plan • Create continuous improvement plans to ensure program’s Total Quality Management for patient care. • Coordinate patient appointments to ensure they're linked to care and provide additional services to reduce barriers of receiving treatment • Educate community groups and individuals on HIV, STD's, PrEP and provide preventive care and treatment alternatives services • Coordinate outside and special testing events to promote Counseling, Testing, and Referral services for over 500 patients per month • Follow up with patient updates to NJDOH and ensure patients are link to care for further treatment after rapid HIV testing • Engage in stakeholder's meetings to provide and receive feedback on the organization’s mission and vision for improving patient care
