As Managing Owner of WISER Group, I support clients in creating legally compliant, well-controlled and safer workplaces across construction, industrial and operational environments. My work includes legal compliance support, contractor safety coordination, site supervision, risk assessments, incident investigation, training, ISO 45001-related support and digital EHS process development. I believe EHS should not be a box-ticking exercise. It should be a clear, operational system that protects people, supports project delivery and gives management real visibility over risks and responsibilities. My focus is especially strong where projects involve: - construction and fit-out works, - industrial installation activities, - contractor and subcontractor control, - audits and legal compliance reviews, - practical implementation of safety systems, - Microsoft 365-based digital EHS workflows.
