• Ownership of the Repair Process: Take full accountability for defining, managing, and continuously improving the repair process and associated tools with a special focus on Life Cycle Management, Lead Management and Catalog solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs (internal and external). • Driving Cross-Functional Implementation: Lead cross-functional teams in a global and international setting, taking ownership of process execution and ensuring successful implementation across regions and key markets. • Performance Optimization: Own the assessment of sales, repair performance and process compliance metrics. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive repair growth in collaboration with zones and major markets, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Delivering Strategic Insights: Take responsibility for delivering complex, cross-functional analyses to support top management in the areas of strategic marketing, sales, and pricing initiatives.
