I know classic corporate structures as well as agile organizations and understand from my own professional experience how it feels to be "transformed". As a founder in the dot.com era, I gained startup experience, led teams as a manager in globally distributed locations, worked as a product owner on various digital products / platforms in the retail, tourism and e-commerce industries and am still a "product developer by heart" so excellence in building products and developing services is still one of my biggest drivers. I use my experience to support companies in overcoming their challenges and accompany organizations on their transition to more business agility, value-driven collaboration and excellent performance. Since 2021, I am part of the HR Pioneers team as an org designer and Management Consultant. My focus as a pioneer is the holistic support of business and organizational transformations. I support organizations both in corporate management and at board level as well as managers in divisional management and at team level. My experience in organizational transformation ranges from large corporations to owner-managed medium-sized companies as well as grown-ups What really drives me is the goal of helping people to become more (self-)effective and work better together. My mission is to really live the values focus, respect, openness, courage and commitment! I am truly convinced that on this basis we can make organizations more resilient, companies more successful and at the same time make the work environment better for every individual, step by step.
