I have always wanted, and have had the opportunity, to work with technique and mechanics. Therefore mechanical engineer with a background as a trained mechanic was the natural choice. My interests, training and education are main reasons why I find it motivating to translate ideas and theory into practice. My career has alternated between mechanical design, project management and personnel management. I am a mechanical designer from the heart, and I find the greatest joy and motivation by working on technical issues and projects of technical nature in relation with what really matters, namely other people.

Project management from sales to commissioning of combustion plants for biomass and waste. During 11 months I have delivered: Boiler plant for district heating in Hamar Norway, and Tynset Norway. Boiler plants for central heating and process heat at Volunta Lithauania and Eco-progress in Poland.
