• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical components supporting life-saving organ transplant systems (OCS), ensuring supply continuity and production stability • Own high-spend supplier portfolio across PCBA, electromechanical, and key subassemblies, driving performance in cost, quality, and delivery • Develop and execute supply chain risk mitigation strategies, proactively addressing shortages, long lead times, and legacy component constraints to prevent line-down scenarios • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Operations to align sourcing strategy with product development, production demand, and business objectives • Drive supplier strategy including capacity planning, dual sourcing initiatives, and long-term supply agreements to support scaling production and future demand • Lead procurement support for NPI/NPD initiatives, ensuring seamless supplier integration, material readiness, and successful product launches • Build and leverage data-driven tools and automation (Excel Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate) to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making across procurement and supply chain operations • Present supplier performance, cost analysis, and supply risk updates to senior leadership, influencing key operational and strategic decisions • Contribute to cost savings, supply continuity, and risk avoidance initiatives supporting multimillion-dollar production and revenue targets
