For the past 31 years, I have worked with senior leadership teams across Asia bring about transformational change. This includes restructuring, change implementation and adopting AI & new ways of working. Transformation plays to my strengths and experience. I have a BA in psychology and an MBA from Yale University and consulting experience leading transformational change with McKinsey & Company and Accenture. For me, successful change is working with leaders to create ownership for change. You have to be a strategist, coach and psychologist all rolled into one! In 1995 I started my own transformational consultancy. Since then, I've conducted over 600 change programs on topics such as restructuring, strategic alignment and teamwork at the top. I've built my brand through repeat business, referrals, and the school of hard knocks. Hired from the Accenture strategy & organization change project team working with Unilever Thailand, Larry joined his client as an internal consultant providing wide-scale organization change implementation support to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unilever Thailand for three years. Services included restructuring, leadership development, cross-functional teamwork, board of directors facilitation/support and executive coaching. In this role, Larry gained insight, practical skills and knowledge about how to implement and make organization programs work in the real world.
In this role, Larry specialized in strategic organization change consulting. As a strategy and general management consultant, Larry's project work included: Strategy consulting for the world's biggest car company, including strategy development, brand strategy recommendations, restructuring and implementation planning. Part of a team of 12 consultants rotating in and out of this client over nine months. Strategy development for large industrial B2B client in Ohio. Recommendations included: Revamping business strategy, product re-positioning and changing "go to market" approach Cost reduction for major U.S. transportation company, yielding a net savings of nearly 30% in operating and overhead costs Strategy development for nationwide telecommunications giant, including product market strategies and business re-engineering
