These included administering WinRunner, LoadRunner, Quality Center, PVCS VM and Tracker. Maintains overall responsibility for the overall quality of the product and services. Works with external auditors in the evaluation of our quality practices and QMS. Ensures software products meet AICC, SCORM and are GxP compliant.
Responsible for developing quality process and total testing strategy for products under development in the Research & Development department. Work focused on Sagavista, the middleware product, which is an Enterprise Integration package. Deal with cutting edge technology in the testing of adapters and the CORE product to ensure proper integration with other software packages such as Lawson, JD Edwards, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc. Supervises the writing of test plans and the building of the test lab. Responsible for the day-to-day activities of all members of the QA/QC team. Serves as the administrator for the bug tracking tool (Track).
