    Aurora Energy Research provides data-driven energy analysis to governments, financial institutions, and energy companies worldwide. Workplace & Facilities Led a full office relocation within a 45-day deadline with zero disruption — procurement, vendor management, health & safety compliance, and lease management throughout. Post-relocation, independently scoped and delivered an acoustic workspace project: benchmarked multiple providers, rethought the entire floor plan, and coordinated a full room reassignment between teams without external support. People Operations & Onboarding Owned full onboarding journeys for new hires and internal transfers: contracts, system access, workstation setup, welcome packs, Day-1 and first-month schedules, and benefits enrolment. Managed immigration and mobility. Established a new French benefits package — managed termination of the incumbent provider's contracts, benchmarked alternatives, presented recommendations to management, led implementation and communications rollout, and owned ongoing enrolment administration for all employees. Coordinated employment contract templates with external Legal counsel; took the initiative to create two role-specific templates to eliminate manual copy-pasting between contracts. Compliance & Finance Identified and remediated French labour law compliance gaps: organised mandatory occupational health visits; led two company agreements — one end-to-end, one through the filing process. Administered banking relationships, executed supplier payments, and oversaw opex and capex budgets for the French entity. Led business insurance procurement. Events & Travel Managed travel logistics for internal teams and leadership — flight and train bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management — ensuring T&E compliance. Coordinated recurring client Group Meetings across Paris and Lyon, the annual Strategy Day, and supported the organisation of an international Finance conference (100+ attendees).

    US cybersecurity multinational; joined as part of Alsid, a French startup acquired in April 2021. Following the acquisition, my role evolved and expanded, leading to a promotion from Office Manager to Associate Project Manager in April 2022. Multi-Site Office Operations Managed two private offices simultaneously from Paris — a large headquarters and a New York office — handling badge access, billing, visitor registration, and all communications with building management on both sites. Administered a company-wide flexible workspace membership for employees across all global locations. Executive & Team Support Served as the Paris-side coordination point for executive assistants across all offices: compiled full visit programmes (meetings, lunches, room bookings, ground transport) and managed all on-site arrangements. Provided direct support to the CEO, two Sales Directors, and the CTO. Events & Culture Organised hybrid All Hands meetings for a large global workforce; coordinated SKOs end-to-end (auditorium booking, catering, participant coordination, closing dinners); and supported the organisation of the annual international seminar in the south of France. Sustained a twice-monthly in-office social programme and quarterly team-building events through the acquisition and shift to hybrid work. Post-Acquisition & Operations Played a central role in the post-acquisition transition: integrated workflows and operational procedures into Tenable's multinational structure, coordinating across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.     In July 2018, following my decision to change my career path, I came to France with a Working Holiday Visa. As part of this program, I had the opportunity to volunteer for three weeks in an organic farm near Paris (WWOOF). I then worked at the grape harvest (vendanges) in the Champagne region, before coming back to Paris and starting to work as a hostess for different events and companies, which allowed me to sharpen my French speaking skills and learn more about French culture. Before my Masters' classes started in October 2019, I worked once again during the grape harvest season, and resumed my hostess ponctual missions as a student job.
