Full-cycle, fast-paced, remote-first. I've managed up to 15 roles at once with a 30-day average time-to-fill. The things part: I'm relaunching my thrift store, because finding a forgotten object with a whole life behind it feels a lot like finding the right candidate. You have to know what you're looking for. Right now I'm in a pause, studying Affinity for Design and Image Edition, Canva, Claude AI prompting, and rebuilding a brand audience. Role eliminated due to organizational restructuring A short stint that moved fast. Superside is an AI-first creative company scaling globally, and I was brought in to own end-to-end hiring across Technology, Product, and Design, partnering directly with CTOs, VPs, and Directors alognside a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner. Even within a brief window, I delivered a first hire closed in under 3 weeks — sourced, interviewed, and signed by me. What I walked away with: · Deeper LinkedIn Recruiter fluency, advanced search, pipeline segmentation, and conversion tracking with Lever (ATS). · Hands-on experience hiring for complex technical roles, including AI Engineers — which meant quickly getting literate in what those roles actually require · AI-assisted sourcing using structured prompts to identify and engage passive talent faster · Cognitive assessment coordination as part of multi-stage evaluation frameworks Hiring scope: AI Consulting, Software Engineering, Product Engineering, AI & Data, UX/UI Design, Creative Leadership.
During this period, while preparing to re-enter the job market and take on new challenges, I independently managed an online thrift store. I was responsible for everything — from branding and creative direction to delivery logistics, client communication, and social media management. I also had the help of a few friends and family members along the way! It was a valuable experience that deepened my appreciation for small businesses — but this time, from the other side of the table.
