The Amazon shaped my technical perspective and sparked my curiosity about food science. In this unique ecosystem of biodiversity, I found my passion: transforming Amazonian fruits into purposeful solutions — combining innovation, safety, and science. I hold a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition and bring over eight years of multidisciplinary experience across Food Quality, Food Science, Production Planning and Control, and R&D. I currently lead the Quality team at Domino’s Brazil, managing continuous improvement projects, audits, technical training, quality KPIs, and franchisee partnerships. My key strengths lie at the intersection of deep technical knowledge (including bioactive compounds), fluency in corporate environments, and hands-on leadership. I’ve contributed to the development of Good Manufacturing Practices, standardization of operational protocols, and cross-functional projects with R&D, supply chain, and operations teams. I believe quality is more than control — it’s culture, experience, and perceived value. I’m always looking for opportunities where knowledge, innovation, and impact go hand in hand.
