I report directly to the CEO who is based in Miami, scheduling meetings with the help of the Google system, making national and international travel arrangements, and providing local office management support. I assist the sales teams based in the Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America with travel, expense reimbursements, and expense control. I am also part of the marketing team, helping to organize national and international events, acting as the direct contact with suppliers.
I am part of a team of 31 assistants who support three or more executives. My responsibilities include coordinating meeting invitations, booking meeting rooms, organizing national and international calls, preparing events and workshops, managing expense reimbursements, organizing travel arrangements, and liaising with catering services.
I assist in the strategic planning of meetings, events, and travel for both the director of the Global Markets department and the other superintendents. I am responsible for the administrative functioning of the department, such as processing invoice payments, submitting them to accounts payable, registering new employees, and opening service requests. Additionally, I provide support to other departments by sending information and assisting in project development.
