I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with a background in Psychology, experienced in building and scaling recruitment processes in high-growth environments. Throughout my career, I’ve led full-cycle recruitment, developed sourcing strategies, and partnered closely with hiring leaders to drive efficient and data-informed hiring decisions.
