- Prompting increased fluid intake, ensuring hydration and nutrition levels and provision of meals - Monitoring and evaluating service delivery and maintaining the care plan - Managing complex behaviour and seizures - Personal care and physical support including lymphatic massages, assisting with bedpans and commodes - Medication management, participating in treatment and rehabilitation - Support with daily living tasks (making the bed, housekeeping) and engaging in activities (shopping, hospital appointments, etc.) - Documentation and Recordkeeping (fluid balance charts, observation forms, MAR charts, accident and incident reports, etc.) - Ensuring fluent communication between client, carers and field care manager - Ensure the confidentiality, retain the client's dignity and individuality - Provide individual care, that focuses on maintaining the client's own resilience, abilities and independence
- Charge bookings through Casablanca computer system - Reception duties involving dealing with customer queries and complaints. Local advice was given to help drive customer satisfaction and encouragement of positive guest reviews. - Check-In / Check-out process on both email and in person. - Answering guest reviews - Ad hoc cleaning duties when required.
