- Study and analyze foreign and domestic trade data to develop information and guidance ; - Evaluate economic market and other factors affecting trade within the industry ; - Meet with business and industry representatives to provide export counseling ; - Contribute to development of trade strategies and positions.
- Promote the highest standard of guest courtesy through interaction with guests, with a goal of increasing overall business potential ; - Maximize the revenue in the assigned area ; - Monitor gaming table action, in an effort to identify and correct any procedural violations which could affect the security of the games, the enjoyment of the guests or the revenue capacity of the casino ; - Supervise all the transactions taking place on the tables ; - Report discrepancies, suspicious activity or incidents of a doubtful nature ; - Attempt to resolve any guest disputes that may arise.
- Provide dealing service to guests in a variety of games : American Roulette, Black Jack, Dice, Texas Hold'em, 3 Card Poker, 4 Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Baccarat, Fun 21, Face up Black Jack, Let it ride, Omaha etc. -Conduct all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner, according to policies and procedures ; - Provide exceptional guest service ; - Maintain game integrity and table security .
