Larisa is a Special Counsel at Moray & Agnew. Larisa, on instruction from a number of medical defence organisations, represents and advises individual doctors, allied health providers, hospitals, aged care facilities and fertility clinics in relation to in medical negligence matters, disciplinary proceedings, coronial investigations and inquests, and audits. She has run hearings in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and NCAT in New South Wales and Queensland. Larisa also has experience with civil litigation in the following areas: general insurance, property damage and historical abuse matters.
