IKIR is a Solar Renewables start up that aims to make energy a commodity similar to a well- bucket model. The company uses a propriety Solar cabin and batteries to provide power to the undeserved population in Nigeria. My duties in the company during my service year were as follows: - Interfaced between the company and the suppliers, bank, shippers and shipping agent. - Applied for grant funding for Company’s projects Perform market research on similar products with a focus on Nigeria and some countries across Africa. - Management and reporting of USADF grant and All On returnable loan. - Liaised with community leaders and stakeholder beneficiaries at pilot sites. - Conducted Needs assessment survey in UNHCR settlements in Cross River and pilot sites in Lagos - Analysed needs assessment survey results and presented the result in a report.
