Role in Category Management - Accessories and Footwear (all genders) Managing a brand portfolio of over 40 brands (young/trend customer based: Inditex, Bestseller Group, H&M Group, ALDO, Steve Madden, Dr Martens). Since July 2022, additionally supporting the Premium unit with portfolio of over 70 brands. Reporting to the Senior Merchandise Planner. Responsibilities include: -Monitoring and reporting on performance by providing timely and accurate analysis (sales and stock) in order to achieve KPIs. -Managing weekly stock re-orders and maintaining data accuracy to facilitate stock management and inventory flow. NOOS business management. -Sole ownership of Intake monitoring and tracking on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in close cooperation with the supply chain management of suppliers. -Season planning and forecasting as well as steering in season management in preparing the weekly trade, monthly OTB and providing ad-hoc analysis. -Participation and support in pricing and promotion decisions based on guidelines from the pricing team, to ensure an attractive & competitive, yet profitable offer by giving input on mark-downs and promotional offers (MSS, EOS). -Definition of the strategy for the development of the brands, working closing with the suppliers along with the buying team to ensure strong growth targets are achieved and supporting them in-season to solve operations problems. -Preparation of weekly trade calls (analysis of performance, deliveries, stock and product) as well as strategy presentations (Mid-Season or End of Season reviews).
Sportswear and athleisure online brand. Reporting directly to the COO: -Daily sell-out and stock analysis across the e-commerce, wholesale and retail channels. Order raising, confirmation and tracking. -Marketplaces: search for new portals, supplier management, negotiation of conditions, product selection, integrations and relationships to L/P. -Online Flash Sales: analysis of product selection and stock offers; negotiation with the portals (Veepee, Showroomprivé, Zalando Lounge) in terms of prices, discounts and margins; production of the sale and optimization of the design of the campaign; monitoring and post-sale analysis. -Coordination with Design and Purchasing to determine the proportion and volume of the purchase per season based on internal KPI's and sales history.
