I was in Latin America (Peru, Bolivia and Chile) three months mapping and documenting the privatisation of education phenomenon and the key actors involved in the right to education. Furthermore, it was my responsibility to strengthen the links between PEHRC and the peruvian and bolivians' CSOs and coalitions.
