About

I support moms, babies, young children, and families in the early years of parenting who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, or challenges with connection and emotional regulation. Many of my clients are highly sensitive or deeply caring parents who feel stretched thin and are seeking more support, ease, and confidence. They are seeking relief, understanding, and a stronger connection with themselves and their baby or child. I offer attachment-based, relational care supporting perinatal mental health and early childhood development. I center babies and children as wise participants in the family system. Together, we work to understand your experiences and create a tailored approach using psychotherapy, play, art, somatic and neuroscience-informed practices. As a parent myself, I understand how challenging and complex these early years can be and I’m here to support both you and your baby or young child. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a feel for my approach in a relaxed and welcoming space.
