My internship at Donate Life Maryland provided me with valuable experience in managing a business social media account. With its scheduling and analytics capabilities, I was able to adjust my posting strategy to reach our target audience at the most optimal times, thereby increasing the impact of our social media presence. This internship has given me hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing and has developed my skills in crafting and executing effective social media strategies.
Working at Forever 21 during the summer was a great opportunity for me to develop my communication and interpersonal skills. As a customer service representative, I was tasked with greeting customers and providing prompt and attentive responses to their inquiries. I strived to create a positive shopping experience for each customer by exhibiting patience and demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs. This role required me to put my interpersonal skills to the test, and I learned the importance of building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Volunteering at Heartlands Senior Living was a meaningful and enriching experience for me. I was able to contribute to the community and make a difference in the lives of the residents.
