As Director of Operations & Culture at Beresfords, I work across the business, at the intersection of people, process and experience, helping bring our core values to life in ways that can be felt every day. My role brings together operations, client experience and culture. I focus on making sure our systems run smoothly, our people feel supported, and our clients feel genuinely looked after. I believe that great service is not just about outcomes, but about how people feel throughout their journey with us. Having been with Beresfords since 2012, I have had the opportunity to grow alongside the business and contribute to how it has taken shape over time. As part of the Leadership Team, I work closely on strategic initiatives while remaining connected to the day-to-day experience of our clients and team. Maintaining that balance is important to me, as it ensures that what we build at a strategic level remains grounded in the lived experience of the people we serve. With over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, entertainment production and event management, I bring a diverse perspective that allows me to adapt across different environments, personalities and challenges. My commitment to our clients, team and alliance partners is to always strive for excellence and lead with integrity. People have always been at the centre of what I do, and that continues to guide how I show up each day. Outside of work, I have a passion for health and wellness, learning and travel. I have been happily married since 1990, have two beautiful daughters and two gorgeous Cavoodles.
