Owns global responsibilities for innovation strategy and experience design for MSI product ecosystem. Oversees all aspects of innovation and design including customer research, idea envisioning, design strategy and product development. Leads global industrial design teams and design efforts for High Velocity Human Factors - an emerging discipline of Human Factors sciences and psychology that is central to the technology Motorola Solutions designs for first responders. Drive innovation strategy of major transformation in MSI next generation device portfolio and user experience. Leads special project of MSI Future Incident Command - Create thought leadership for the public Safety market leveraging advance technology such as VR/AR.
• Perform as lead designer in many programs. Handle complete project management. Manage and provide design directions to design consultant and Motorola Penang and Singapore Design studios. • Coordinate and participate in design research. Being main point of contact for the business and engineer teams. • Heavily involved in communication and working with ODM vendors. Participated in high level vendor selection meeting in Asia. • Co-developed the Motorola design language. Contributed to the Motorola Government & Public Safety design language portfolio.
