Through a number of years specializing in safety critical design for heavy industry, I have built a skillset around simplifying complex systems. I feel most at home in autonomous product teams – having a 0-1 focus – from early idea to launch and iterative improvements. I guide product teams using design methods. Sensorita revolutionizes waste management through smart sensor technology. With our advanced fill-level and GPS sensor, every container in your inventory gets a digital twin, showing its location, fill levels and relevant data. At Sensorita I was responsible for the user experience of our full product suite. From idea through concept development to implementation, user testing and usability improvements of live products.
Cognite is an AI company that delivers industrial software to improve production efficiency of Energy, Process Manufacturing, and other industrial companies. We liberate siloed data and deliver AI-powered solutions that make data easier to find and use so process engineers, field workers, maintenance teams, and other data consumers can make the right decisions at the right time—empowering our customers to solve some of their most complex business problems. At Cognite I was leading and overseeing the user experience of Cognite's products from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers and leadership. Taking broad, conceptual ideas and turning them into useful and valuable products for our users. Contributing to strategic decisions around the future direction of Cognite's products. Designing end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant. Defining, crafting and evolving designs within Cognite design system and industry standards. Proactively soliciting and providing feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise the bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship. Cultivating a healthy design process for the team, and being a key contributor to Cognite's product strategy.
Product design lead on Cognite InField, responsible for user experience through the entire product development process – research, concept, design, development, adoption. Recognized for its innovation and user-friendliness, InField won the 2020 Red Dot Award for Interface Design. Extensive research activity on-site in industrial environments, working very closely with end users to uncover key user needs.

CNTXT provides cutting-edge cloud and digital transformation solutions across the MENA region, empowering organizations to accelerate innovation and operational excellence. CNTXT’s portfolio includes Google Cloud and Cognite Data Fusion, along with a comprehensive suite of professional and managed services, cybersecurity solutions, robotics, and a dedicated digital academy. These offerings are designed to help customers enhance efficiency, sustainability, and profitability throughout their digital transformation journeys. I did a 1 year secondment from Cognite as solution team lead, reporting to Chief Digital Officer. My role was key in a startup team establishing and building the joint venture – CNTXT – providing digital transformation and cloud services for the industrial sector in the MENA region. Enabling push towards sustainable industry through the use of Industrial DataOps.
REMA 1000 is one of the leading nordic players in retail. At REMA 1000, I was part of R&D teams exploring the future of retail through user centric research, design & development of novel in-store solutions for self service and checkout. Ensuring a service design approach to customer experience mapping and new service innovation. My work included design management and coordination of multiple subcontractors. Design guideline owner, responsible for communication, implementation and quality assurance. Hands on product design contributions to application development teams, marketing and sales, in-store solutions and internal business products.
