I've worked at Amazon as a Software Engineer since January 2024, after graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from Rowan University. I enjoy working on large-scale systems and finding new ways to delight customers. Previously, I was a software developer at Bristol Myers Squibb, manager of the Rowan Computer Science webteam, and a software development intern at Amazon and Bristol Myers Squibb. I also volunteered as a teaching assistant and served on the Executive Board of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (Computer Science Honors Society).
In December 2025, I transferred to the Amazon Web Services Security organization, where I am working on important projects to ensure AWS is the most reliable and secure cloud. From January 2024 to November 2025 in the Amazon Payments organization, I delivered high-impact payment solutions serving retail and B2B customers with $1B+ in annual transaction volume, focusing on scalability, customer experience, and operational excellence across Amazon's global payments infrastructure. * Scaled Payment Systems: Designed and launched order processing capabilities handling 50,000+ transactions per order, overcoming API limitations through innovative architectural solutions and asynchronous processing patterns. * Drove Revenue Growth: Led development of high-visibility retail website features including homepage widgets, delivering 4x product revenue growth. * Technical Leadership: Architected scalable solutions approved by Senior Engineers across multiple teams, proposing unified service entry points now adopted organization-wide, and served as technical POC for cross-team platform migrations.
I worked on software to assist scientists in their drug-discovery workflows. In the past, I have developed addons for an open-source laboratory management tool, generating significant time and cost savings.
In the Discovery Pharmaceutics and Analytical Sciences group, I developed a new laboratory information management system. I worked on database design, ORM implementation, CI/CD pipeline scripts for testing, and various front and backend systems.
I developed and maintained the Rowan University Computer Science website, as well as more than ten apps and projects connected to the Computer Science department. I was promoted to student manager of the web-team in January 2020. I was responsible for overseeing a team of seven student workers.
I assisted peers in developing Object Oriented Programming principles during weekly lab sessions.
I worked on customer privacy initiatives in the Gift Cards organization relating to deleting user data automatically and upon request. I wrote production code for multiple services and increased compliance and privacy for data intake and processing events. I utilized Java, Python, and AWS services including DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
I managed the Courtesy Desk to ensure customer’s needs were met, responded to employee issues, and supervised Sales Associates on the front end. I was also responsible for training associates on internal systems usage and providing technical support.
