Develop new prospects and maintain relationships with established customers to sell Graybar’s products in your assigned territory. Meet or exceed assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products in compliance with company pricing policies. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims. Keep management informed about local competition and market conditions. Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed and recommend new items for stock. Maintain accurate customer records, files, and transaction reports; assist in collecting past-due accounts.
