Effective management of IT Security risk must go beyond just buying the "right tool" or implementing all the "right processes". Only by understanding the business itself and the people who make it work can we truly tackle today's security challenges. This is my approach as I work with our customers to strategize what that future state looks like, as well as the steps to getting there.
